AdminRobot Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://adminrobot.dk (“Website”) and any products, services, software, or support provided by AdminRobot (“AdminRobot”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

2. Licensing

All AdminRobot plugins, integrations, and code are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2.0 or later. You may use the software on as many sites as permitted by your license type. You may not resell or redistribute the license key.

3. Product Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with access to your purchased product(s), license key(s), and account details. Delivery typically occurs instantly but may take up to 1 hour. If you do not receive an email, please contact us at support@adminrobot.dk.

4. Subscriptions and Renewals

AdminRobot products may include recurring subscriptions. Subscription licenses grant access to automatic updates, support, and product features for the duration of your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. Cancellations prevent future renewals but do not refund past payments unless eligible under our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, returns are not applicable. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:

5.1 Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number and email address).

  • The software or service must not have been significantly used, activated, or consumed (e.g., API usage, downloads, or service credits).

5.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloaded or activated software

  • Services already rendered (in part or full)

  • Subscription payments after trial periods

  • Custom development or consulting work

  • API usage beyond free trial or included limits

5.3 Refund Processing

If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days. We will notify you of the decision via email.

5.4 Missing Refunds

If your refund is delayed, please:

  • Recheck your bank or credit card account.

  • Contact your payment provider for processing time.

  • Contact us at [support@adminrobot.dk] if you still haven’t received it.

6. Trial Periods

Some AdminRobot services offer free trials. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Once a subscription is billed, it is generally non-refundable unless due to a service error or special case.

7. Ownership

All AdminRobot products and content are the intellectual property of AdminRobot and/or its contributors. You may not claim ownership or redistribute them as your own. Products are provided “as is” with no warranty beyond what is explicitly offered.

8. Support

Support is available to active license holders and subscription customers. We do not provide support for third-party plugins or WordPress itself. Support covers AdminRobot products only.

Support includes:

  • Bug fixes

  • Help with installation and updates

  • Usage guidance for AdminRobot services

9. Automatic Updates

Customers with an active license or subscription will receive automatic updates via the WordPress dashboard. These updates may include security patches, new features, and compatibility fixes.

10. Limitations of Liability

Under no circumstances shall AdminRobot be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our products.

11. Warranty

We guarantee our products will function on a clean WordPress installation. Compatibility with third-party plugins and themes cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for any conflicts or data loss caused by third-party software or improper installation.

12. Site Content and Usage

All content on adminrobot.dk, including documentation, graphics, and downloads, is property of AdminRobot. Reuse or distribution without permission is prohibited.

13. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and store only the necessary data to deliver and support our products and services. This includes:

  • Name, email address, billing information (via Stripe or PayPal)

  • Site domain where the plugin is activated

  • API usage (if applicable)

We do not store payment card details. All payment data is handled securely by our third-party processors.

14. Transactional Emails

By purchasing or subscribing to AdminRobot products, you consent to receive transactional emails such as order confirmations, renewal notices, and license expiration warnings.

15. Price Changes

AdminRobot reserves the right to change product pricing or discontinue support or updates at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license or subscription if you violate these Terms, share your license key without authorization, or abuse our services.

17. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any AdminRobot product or service, you indicate that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
