Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.

An anonymized string created from your email address (a hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture becomes visible to the public next to your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website (for example in support forms or user profile areas), please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website may be able to download and extract location data from uploaded images.

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience, so you do not have to fill in your details again when leaving another comment. These cookies last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely, so we can automatically approve follow-up comments.

For registered users (e.g. plugin customers or trial users), we store the personal information provided in their user profile. All users can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except for their username). Site administrators can also view and manage this information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on Adminrobot.dk or have left comments, you can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you’ve provided. You may also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you, except for data we’re required to retain for legal, administrative, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be analyzed using an automated spam detection service. We also use secure third-party tools for customer support, license management, and analytics, and any data shared with these tools is subject to their respective privacy policies.
